At Midwest Marketing, we’re gearing up for a year of growth, innovation, and impact! Our team has shared their resolutions for 2025, and we’re excited to give you a behind-the-scenes look at what we’re striving for in the year ahead.

In 2025, I have three main goals:
1 – Provide my staff with continued education to grow their career.
2 – Celebrate 20 years of Midwest Marketing all year long. 🎉
3 – Thank our wonderful clients for their referrals and their business.

My goal for 2025 is to make sure all of our clients have updated brand guidelines or a one page document they can use internally that has important information about their business so anyone, from the person who answers the phone to the CEO, has the brand image in mind.
I would also like to start listening to a new marketing related podcast this year.
Christi
Design with emotion Switching my viewpoint and not just working on design projects. Some projects can be really tough to get excited about, but thinking about the end-users and creating emotional connections for them could really help develop a great relationship with customer but also with the project at hand.
Aim for the Stars I would like to engage in fresh, varied tasks that will help gain experience and develop in other areas. I don’t want to confine myself to just doing one area like brochures. I want to leave my comfort zone, learn new skills, and broaden my horizons.
Stay focused I’ll maintain my concentration because dispersed attention is bad. Concentration is key. Giving attention to one job at a time gives high-quality designs and the attention it deserves. Creativity is the key to successful design, and it happens best when I concentrate on one specific job rather than juggling several.
Jen
My biggest goal for 2025 is to attend as many digital marketing conferences and learning events as I can, so that I can continue to stay on top of the world of digital marketing and provide our clients with great results. I would also like to read at least two books each month, with half being marketing-related.

I have two marketing-related resolutions for 2025, but they go hand in hand: experiment with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and short-form videos. Whether I’m developing organic social media posts or paid ads, I aim to make them more engaging while staying true to the brand and the client’s goals. By utilizing AI tools and video, I can create more unique and entertaining content that produces better results for our clients.
Jenny
For 2025, I want to focus on honing my craft by mastering new tools. My resolution is to learn one new design skill each month to expand my creative toolkit. One other resolution I have is to organize my design files better for a more efficient and space-saving workflow.
Allie
In 2025, I’m planning to focus on building community visibility by attending more local networking events to represent Midwest Marketing and strengthen connections in the business community. I’ll also work on being more active on LinkedIn and other platforms to share insights, highlight client wins, and showcase our marketing expertise.Â
